Job Summary
We are seeking a Liaison & Training Analysis SME to join our team! As a Liaison & Training Analysis SME you will be working with key elements in the community to understand their training needs, and develop new systems and strategies for training, learning, and growth. Ultimately your success will be measured by the success of those around you, and how well you can identify new opportunities for development. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, experience building a training program, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison Support: Serve as the on-site liaison for all JNTC coordination efforts between Marine Corps TECOM and Joint Staff J-7 at Suffolk, VA.
Liaison Support: Serve as the on-site liaison for all JNTC coordination efforts between Marine Corps TECOM and Joint Staff J-7 at Suffolk, VA.
- Operational & Technical Support: Facilitate operational and technical coordination for JNTC programs and training exercises.
- Training Analysis & Evaluation: Provide input and assistance with training analysis, evaluation, and reviews, using measures of effectiveness (MoE), after-action reviews (AARs), and lessons learned.

Program Support: Assist in supporting the three pillars of the Training Transformation (T2) Program:
- Joint Knowledge Development and Distribution Capability
- Joint Assessment Enabling Capability
- Joint National Training Capability (JNTC)
- Interoperability Training: Support Marine Corps in leading and managing Component Interoperability Training.
- Policy & Program Updates: Assist with updates to TECOM, Marine Corps, and Joint directives, policies, and processes.
- Training Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Pre-deployment Training Programs, including interagency training requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Support the development of reports, decision papers, meeting minutes, and after-action reviews (AARs) from conferences, exercises, workshops, and other key events.
Required Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Secret (minimum)
- Experience: Experience with Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) or other military training programs.

Skills:
- Ability to support JNTC liaison operations and coordinate with Joint Staff J-7.
- Proficiency with systems like Marine Corps Action Tracking System (MCATS), Task Management Tool (TMT), and DON TRACKER.
- Strong coordination, technical writing, and reporting skills for documents like decision papers, after-action reviews (AARs), and official correspondence.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps operational and training programs.

- Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- DOD Combatant Command Exercise Engagement and Training Transformation Program
- Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) Program
- Joint Staff J-7 Suffolk operations and processes
- Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) training programs and directives
- Pre-deployment Training Programs
- Familiarity with Marine Corps action tracking systems and official message traffic tools (MCATS, TMT, DON TRACKER, etc.).
