Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team! As our HR Business Partner, you will be looking at the direction, mission, and vision of our business and ensuring that all company policies, programs, activities, and general HR policies fall directly within those. You will also be responsible for major HR decisions, evaluating current HR policies or creating new ones to adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, and educating both current and new employees on HR matters. The ideal candidate has an extensive understanding of HR, works well within a team environment, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities 
  • Evaluate existing HR policies and guidelines to ensure everything falls within our company’s missions and goals
  • Modify or create new guidelines or policies that meet all legal and ethical guidelines
  • Interview and evaluate new team members, as needed
  • Coach and assist other departments on HR policies
  • Design and implement new training programs for education within the company
Qualifications
  • Degree in human resources or equivalent field desired
  • Demonstrated experience in HR desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of HR laws, policies, and guidelines
  • Familiarity with common computer programs, including the Microsoft Office suite
